With less than one week to go before the October 1, 2011 deadline for the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks and Wildlife Foundation's Podium Alberta program, they have only received about 20% of anticipated applications.

Please ensure that Alberta athletes carded through Sport Canada's Athlete Assistance Program (AAP) at any point between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011, and meeting all other eligibility requirements apply, as they may be eligible to receive up to an additional one / third of their AAP funding.
